Yearbooks

Yearbooks were available for purchase from
August 8 to April 12.


    THE LAST DAY TO PURCHASE A YEARBOOK THIS YEAR WAS APRIL 12, 2019.

NOTIFICATIONS WERE GIVEN THROUGHOUT THE YEAR...
 
* On our website in two locations between August 8 and April 12
* Repeatedly posted on our Facebook page "Highland School - Norco"
* Fliers sent home at different times during the school year
* A banner posted on fence of school for the final three weeks of sale
* Announcements made during Morning Announcements
* Mr. Scott reminded parents who attended the PTA meeting on
Open House Night
* Message broadcasts made to parents as text messages, voice messages and emails


As always, the school does not have yearbooks to sell.

Mission Statement

Highland's Mission Statement is:
Responsibility and High Expectations Lead to Success

There is also a focus on the school's Virtue Words. The school-wide virtue words are Respect, Responsibility, Effort, and Safety.

There are also individual grade level Virtue Words of Friendship (kindergarten), Honesty (1st), Responsibility (2nd), Integrity (3rd), Self-Discipline (4th), Perseverance (5th), and Accountability (6th). These are key terms for developing the character of every individual.
